This notice covers information submitted through the Faculty Assistant product website. It does not replace an institution-specific agreement or the desktop application's privacy documentation.

Information we collect

When you submit an interest form, we collect the name, work email, institution, role, selected interest and message you provide. Netlify processes the form submission on behalf of this website.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to beta access requests, product demonstrations, Professional plan enquiries and potential institution deployments. We do not sell enquiry information.

Do not submit academic records

Do not place student names, identification numbers, marks, examination papers, answer keys, Moodle credentials or institution service tokens in the website form.

Retention and access

Enquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond, manage a requested commercial relationship and meet applicable operational or legal obligations. Access should be limited to authorized Faculty Assistant personnel.

Institution deployments

Institution deployments require separate confirmation of responsibilities, identity systems, Moodle installations, data handling, support and any SIS connector. Website enquiry submission does not activate an institution licence.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of an enquiry by submitting a new website contact request that clearly references your earlier submission. We may need to verify your work email before acting on the request.

Changes

This notice will be updated as the public product, domain and support channels are established. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
